Telephone/ FaceTime/ Live Chat contact between sessions will be billed pro-rated at the same rate as Psychotherapy & Counseling for calls longer than 10 minutes.
Fees may be periodically adjusted.
Accepted Forms of Payment
All major credit cards accepted for payment at the time of service. It is requested to have payment arrangements for all therapy sessions at the time they are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Psychotherapy is also typically covered by pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Spending Accounts (HSAs).
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Insurances accepted are traditional Medicare and Medicaid (Husky). Please discuss as authorizations are required prior to Initial Session.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss or are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be required to pay for the full rate of the session. Insurance does not pay for missed appointment and you will be responsible.
Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance to create an exclusive time for you. You can cancel your appointment by calling, texting, or emailing. You may leave a detailed message with your name, date and time of your scheduled appointment and your request to cancel or reschedule. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged.
The only time the fee will be waived is in the event of serious illness, hospitalization or other extenuating circumstances to be discussed with your therapist. If you are unsure, please contact your therapist for further guidance.
Medicaid clients please note that your therapist cannot charge you or your insurance for missed sessions or late cancellations. Because of this, two or more late cancellations for Husky clients within a six-month period will result in immediate discharge and referral elsewhere. Clients who are unsure if they are able to commit to one hour of therapy weekly should seek alternative services.
If you miss two or more scheduled appointments within a 30 day time period without cancelling or rescheduling in accordance with the cancellation policy of 24 hours advance notice, the therapeutic relationship will be terminated. Your case may be reopened at any time should you so choose, however you may be placed on a waiting list if there are other clients waiting to use your time slot. This is standard practice with most therapy agencies and private practice offices.
Additional note, any individual arriving late to their appointment will be seen for the remainder of the scheduled session and will be charged for the full scheduled session. For example, if you are 30 minutes late to a 50 minute appointment, then you will be seen for the remaining 20 minutes, but will be charged for the full session.
